What I Wore: Revival of the 90s?

Shirt, Old Navy; skirt, Unknown; shoes, Merrell; headband, unknown; sunglasses; MEC kids, stolen form my sister.

I actually wore this exact outfit on Thursday, but I didn't have time to take any photos. For some reason I find that a miniskirt with hiking/walking shoes feels very 90s, if anyone can tell me if I am imagining things/dead on right, please do!
