Having convinced my parents that this was the case, my father and I set off shoe shopping a few days ago. I did succeed in finding the shoes, but more on that later, since I saw these in the course of my shopping trip:
Fluevog Shoes- Tenango
They are, in my opinion, one of the most amazing things ever created, and if I could afford to splurge on some fabulous shoes right now, it would probably be these that I would buy. Ignoring the practical obstacles like the fact that I don't own anything orange or even like the colour all that much; I'm pretty sure these would fast become one of the most worn pairs of shoes in my closet.
Are you ever attracted to clothing that don't fit with your general style?

i love irregular choice shoes and i think you would too - they're absolutely brilliant and totally kooky but i have no idea HOW i'd wear them! and no i didn't get my hair cut i just curled the bottom layer at the front so it looked all lovely and messy. lasted about five minutes though!

ReplyDeleteNot all the time but I try to step outside of my comfort zone every now and then. Which usually leads to clothes that I LOVE or clothes that just sit in my closet ;-)

Oh Yeah! I'm attracted to all sorts of things that aren't practical, but sometimes the most practical stuff is so boring you never wear it and the crazy stuff you wear all the time. I think you would wear those orange shoes. Orange looks great with denim, and they could totally heat up an otherwise simple outfit.
